If America wants to run with the Big Dogs, it must go to the ghetto and dump the NCAA.
When the Ghana national team blows out the US national soccer team in Nuremberg, the American public will see what a high price the country is paying in pride by entrusting the national soccer program to the NCAA. Ghana will overwhelm the American team with both skill and speed. In the end the Americans, under the Chicago Bulls style pressure of the African soccer full court press, will give into fatigue. Ghana seasoned European players, surrounded by national role-players, will force the US team into the daunting task of thinking and problem solving as the gaining press attack deep in the US zone.
The American public will be shocked by the weakness of the American players to keep up with the speed of Ghana attacking front line.
