Bush and US Space Command fail to contain Ernesto power
Professor Eastlund failure puts Americans at serious risk in the Carolinas
According to Associated Press (AP) “A hurricane watch was issued for the Carolina coast Thursday as Tropical Storm Ernesto gained strength over the Atlantic. The watch, stretching from South Carolina's Santee River to Cape Lookout in North Carolina, means hurricane conditions, with sustained winds of at least 74 mph, are possible within 12 hours.”
This new level of hurricane watch also means US Space Command has failed in its efforts to sustain its attempted down grade of hurricane Ernesto.
At this point, given the fact that Ernesto has fed on petrochemical C02 many days, its no longer clear what the storm will surcharge to, i.e. Category 1 or another Rita.
Ernesto hit Cuba on Sunday as a Category 1 hurricane, and forecasters predicted it would weaken briefly, and then rapidly regain strength before hitting Florida with winds of 74 mph to 130 mph. As Ernesto moves north it has started to surcharge and reconstitute itself as a hurricane. At present Ernesto has already reached 60mph and there hundreds of miles enrich C02 and super heat Jet stream feeding the storm system.
The official NOAA and US Space Command line was Cuba's mountainous terrain and unforeseen high-level winds caused Ernesto to lose power. It hit Florida with 45 mph winds, just 6 mph above the threshold for a tropical storm. In the end, it wasn't much worse than an ordinary August rainstorm.
But a small but growing group of forecasters are very concern that Ernesto might regain hurricane strength after moving off the Florida coast and come ashore again along the South Carolina coast, reaching North Carolina by tonight.
According to AccuWeather's Bastardi the storm could develop back into a hurricane once it reaches warm water.

As US Space Command begins the final emergency approach for a military style forced soft –landing of the storm Ernesto between Charleston and Myrtle, many Northern cities are starting to understand just how near they are to becoming the next New Orleans. The US Command in a politically shocking move appears to have originally planned to steer the storm into a military wet political show landing zone the New York or Boston metropolitan regions. The new NOAA projected storm path and landing zone is in the Ohio River valley, far away from the northeast.
The US Space Command and NOAA had been able to successfully artificially down grade Ernesto to a weak tropical storm using an application of professor Eastlund of Penn State University patented artificial ionosphere heating of the storm eye wall over Florida. The Eastlund application burns the hurricane out by short-circuiting the electrical conductinivity of the storm system. According to Associate Press, Max Mayfield, director of the National Hurricane Center said “Frankly, I am surprised it (Ernesto) has not straightened ‘ as it crossed the Florida Straits. No official explanation has been offered as to why the storm weaken from 74 mph to less than 35 mph at one point over the C02 enriched Straits.
As Ernesto has started to supercharge again re-entered the Atlantic Ocean after leaving Florida. There remains a immediate dangerous given the warm temperatures and high concentrations of C02 enriched Mississippi Plume belt of toxic chemical waste that now extend north all the way to Baltimore, that Ernesto could reconstitute as a powerful hurricane alone the Rita growth model and reach southern New York. According to the New York Times…”Hurricanes are often imbedded in weak steering wind, which can lead to meandering paths. A hurricane (as in the case of Rita) can change markedly because of complex interactions among the thunder storms that swirl around the eye.” According to AP”Ernesto moving into the Atlantic Ocean” …has the” potential of gaining hurricane status before hitting George or the Carolina”.
The potential supercharging of Ernesto is based on the fact that 80 degree ocean temperatures extend all the way Baltimore, and the East United States Jet stream is already superheated with C02 enriched petrochemical waste. These conditions create the idea situation for Ernesto to reconstitute and surcharge into a killer hurricane.
According to USATODAY the Stormgfury hypothesis, which Professor Eastlund is trying to update, is based on seeding the first rain band outside the wall of clouds around the eye. The seeding would cause supercooled water to turn into ice, which releases heat. That heat would cause the clouds to grow faster, pulling in air that would otherwise reach the wall of clouds around the eye. With its supply of air cut off, the old eye wall would fade away, and a second eye wall would grow outside the first. Because it would be wider than the original eye wall, the air spiraling into it would be slower.
The “Achilles’heel” of the updated US Space Command Stormgfury seeding is that the storm modification is most cases are not sustainable. As Ernesto feeds in the C02 rich warn waters hurricane ally, their will be a dramatic surcharging event that Dr. Eastland artificial ionospheric heating can not control or modify. This appears to have been the case with the formation of Katrina and Rita last year. Katrina was in fact two storm systems that joint in the North Atlantic Ocean. The first storm system was left for dead, after US Space Command initial attacked it and cut it into parts. The storm system reconstituted itself and joint with the young storm system coming form Africa and created Katrina. The growing C02 enriched water is the biggest problem limiting the Eastlund application.
The major oil companies and Bush Administration fear Ernesto feeding off the chemical and oil waste in the Eastren United States, the Keys and Gulf of Mexico.
