Two almost for gotten international events near Sudan in northern Africa would shape the entire debate about when President Bush and the Oval Office first knew about the massive flooding in New Orleans. These events in far away Northeastern Africa was service as the exact paradigm and method use by the oil multinationals and White House to cover up their action in New Orleans ten days later.
These events would service as a blessing to Americans seeking the real truth and method used by the oil companies and Oval Office behind the political economy of Katrina.
The Katyusha missile attacks by persons from Jordan on Friday, Aug 18, 2005 at 8:44 am, that narrowly missed two US Navy ships in the Northern Red Sea, brought into questions a possible planed attack on Dr. Garang helicopter crash on August 1,2005 that led to his death and major spike in World energy prices that led to hundred of billions of dollars of profit taking in the option and future markets around the world.
The Katyusha missile shots taken by three different teams at two US ships were viewed by both the target ships radar, the 5th Fleet command, Space Command and Washington in real time feeds. This was the US network centric system protecting US military forces under attack. The some military surveillance infrastructure watching the shots taken at the two US ships was in place during the Garang event and later over New Orleans when Katrina made landfill.
Western media reports point to the fact that President Bush knew in real-time satellite imagery that Dr.Garang had crashed and did nothing to help his situation. Dr. Garang “May Day” radio message for help would have been heard by anyone listening with a military radio, much less an advanced US surveillance satellite. The fireball from Dr. Garang helicopter crash would have been viewable from the space shuttle Discovery or International Space Station.
Like New Orleans, one of the newly deployed surveillance satellites groups by US Space Command known as the Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) was on station in the Red Sea monitoring the region and Chinese military forces in Sudan. This advanced tracking device, based in space, which pinpoint and can follow the smallest of targets on earth. GMTI, according to US Air Force public documents, improves US ability to ‘detect, locate, identify and track a wide range of strategic and tactical targets before there were minimal able to detect, such as nuclear, biological and chemical weapons and activities, hidden targets and moving air target's like slow flying Soviet helicopters in southern Sudan.
Like New Orleans, US Special Forces were on the ground in Sudan, Uganda and Kenya reportedly looking for Arab terrorist cells and were moved to the Dr. Garang crash site in minutes. Two US navy’s 5th Fleet battle groups were on station in the Red Sea with power Aegis radar that monitor movement in the target zone. The 26th Marine Expeditionary Units were on station of the coast of southern Sudan.
The Sudanese region was super charge with on going intelligence operations by Chinese, Israel, French, British, German and American forces on the ground and water. But, officially no one knows anything about the Garang crash. Also a new fleet of cruisers and destroyers with powerful Aegis systems monitor southern Sudan air traffic. Given the fact that Dr.Garang was a high value asset, his craft would appear on all the above countries radar screens and radio listening intercepts.
Like New Orleans, experts from the United State National Transportation Safety Board have official joined the official effort of the CIA, NSC, US Navy, US Special Forces and British Secret Intelligence Services (M16) and US Space Command to help the countries of the region reconstruct the day of Dr. Garange possible assassination from the crash site in southern Sudan. These experts in Sudan reviewed real time live video of the layers of surveillance infrastructure that watching Dr.Garang helicopter crash. The Garange assassination final report has been classified for national security reasons.
Some suggest the US federal delegation to Sudan tried to secretly trying to stop the growing media leaks about the CIA surveillance of Dr. Garang movements. From information surfacing in the media, the investigation of Dr. Garang may be a US deception to cover up the US surveillance operation.
