Was Katrina, Rita blessings in disguise?

The deadly northern sector of the storm was on a path to come right up the Mississippi River. Katrina was projected to come ashore and hit the New Orleans region with 200 mph blast winds and a 35 feet storm surge and end by bombarding and inundating the city with billion of gallon of rain and massive Lake and river storms surges of 35 feet flooding the whole city.
Had Katrina’s northeast section directly hit the city the entire New Orleans area would have been under 30 feet of floodwater for days and over 200,000 - 300,000 people left behind would have lost their lives? This human tragedy in New Orleans would have been followed by the sister storm Rita, that would have destroyed any remaining infrastructure and hope of the city recovering for over 20 years.
The fact that there were less than ten major breaches in the levees was a blessing. The delayed ruptures at 17th Street and London Avenue Canal and Hurricane Katrina landing 100 mile north of city at Biloxi allowed for the orderly evacuation of city New Orleans, had the President acted in a timely manor.

The emerging evidence provides that the Black people of the New Orleans metropolitan area are not guilty for the state violence and terrorism committed by the Bush administration, Chemical and Oil companies on their person, minds and spirits. This violence happened because of the President massive power and the misuse of that power.
Rather than protect the people of New Orleans, the President elected to protect the interests of the Chemical and Oil companies at the expense of the Black people of New Orleans. This is clear to almost all Americans and the city of Houston.
There is a multi billion dollar on going media campaign to try and fused together the hurricane Katrina with suspicious man-made flooding of the city of a full day after Katrina was hundred of miles inland.
In a rare case of agreement, both the Wall Street Journal and Final Call newspapers are in agreement that the rupture of the 17th Street levee was not cause by the storm Katrina. This agreement has been totally blacked on of the white media. Does thing count as a blessing.

Hurricane Katrina was a new kind of deadly storm. The hurricane was so strong, according to the New York Times, Sunday, winds reach over 178 mph and according to some local reports a tide wave of 35 feet, that surge reached five miles inland when it come ashore.
But more importantly, the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrian system in the region also was attacked with billion of gallons of rain over whelming the regional drainage system. The older weaker pimps and levees were destroyed by the initial storm surge from the lake of Pontchartrian.
Even the newer and much stronger levees were strained by the water displacement cause by the billion of gallons of water from the regional draining into the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrian.
New Orleans was attack by the southwestern most outer edge of Katrina 200-mile wide storm footprint. Still the storm flooded over 80 percent of the city over 16 hour period .A more direct hit, would have easily flooded the whole city under 35 feet of water. The Oil industry/FEMA PAM simulations would have entombs and almost a 100,000 victims. The Superdome and Convention center would have been death traps for 60,000 victims.
Washington knew the dynamic and power of this military style ultra catastrophic class hurricane but said nothing to the Governor Office. Some how the Governor knew Katrina would turn north and refused to give into President Bush demand to federalize the Louisiana National Guard.
Minutes after New Orleans sustains the first hit of Katrina the local news outlets reported the Industrial Channel levee failure. But the word on the street was that there is limited flooding around Lake Pontchartrian at the Industrial levee.
This was not new for New Orleans; the levees always link after storms.
The hospitals in the Northern ghettos reports massive local flooding and reported being forced to go to backup power generation. With only 20 percent of the city flooded, the Northern New Orleans power grid was turned off. Then the intercity power grid collapses.
The last time the city of New Orleans has a citywide operational communication grid; the National Hurricane Center at 9:45 am on 8/28/2005 downgraded the critical storm surge predictions for the Mississippi and Lake Pontchartrian near New Orleans to 15 feet from the earlier 28 feet projection. The local news was reporting that the Hurricane missed New Orleans, passing 25 miles north.
Washington watched, listened and waited. Washington confronts Blanco team with the results of the night flood, off the same deal, which was rejected again. Thousands of New Orleans has unnecessarily paid the high price of freedom and states rights.
The FEMA misinformation on the street was that there is limited flooding around Lake Pontchartrian and a break at the Industrial levee. Homeless people were to make their way to the Superdome for help, 60,000 people did so. With no telephones, power or TVs communication, few people would know until morning that a second and third levees critical levee in their immediate communities has broken and started inundating the lower points of the community with deadly flood waters from Lake Pontchartrian, as they slept.
Most of the thousands of people lost the lives, not to Katrina, but the unabated flooding that following in the night. Had the President deployed the federal forces hours after the storm hit, most of the viticms would have been saved.
According to Michael Chertoff, Secretary of Homeland Security, “we’re racing the clock” to find stranded people. This was in point of face a lie. The whole of the federal government was watching Americans die from the sidelines, playing political hardball. Officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said they were particularly worried about outbreaks of disease spread through sewage contamination of drinking water, spoiled food, dead human bodies, insects and bites from snakes and other animals.
According to Dr.Thomas H. Sinks, Jr., an epidemiologist at the C.D.C “This (New Orleans) is going to be a long-term event”. The affected area is “a couple of hundred miles wide, four to five times the geographic extent of Hurricane Andrew in 1992.”
The C.D.C. is was testing the chemical toxicity of the New Orleans floodwater; this test will form the bases for the trillion-dollar compensation fund for the victims and savors of the battle of New Orleans that will be funded by the multinational au companies.
The world is forced to watch the last trapped African American refugees and homeless people being forced to share the 20 percent of remaining dry lands of New Orleans with hungry rats, fire ants, snakes, and alligators.
It’s remain incomprehensible for most people of New Orleans, America and the World community to understand that regional rescues plan for New Orleans to assumed that 200,000 people would be lost.

This financial matrix reality driving oil company’s policy toward the flood victims and the White House is starting to break black out of the mainstream press coverage of the aftermath of Katrina and Rita. New layers of the American politican and spiritual culture have been awaken by horror and human suffering in New Orleans, and are joint together to ensure it never happens again.
