On evil

“I would call the scope of this disaster (Katrina and the flooding of New Orleans), the scale of the mental heath problems, unprecedented,” said Charles G. Curie, the mental heath administrator of the federal Department Heath and Human Services.

Psychiatrists report that previously stable patients are now preoccupied with death and suicide.

People returning to New Orleans are reported “ getting depressed they can’t handle it anymore. Most of the time they are crying.” Most of these returning people had no mental health history.

Children are suffering.

“You get actually get kids as young as 5 talk about not wanting to live, wanting to die,” according to Dr.Pool, a psychiatrist who treats the young.

“Looking down a street where it’s house after house, and the garbage and the innards of the house, there’s something about it that people in general can’t grasp,” Dr. Dorsey, president-elect of the New Orleans Psychoanalytic Center, said is beyond most people ability to cope.

“It’s not within the realm of any experience anyone’s ever had. Your ordinary repertoire of experience.

At the end of the day, what happened in New Orleans is beyond wrong and racism, it is an act of genocide and evil.

What President Bush and his Oval Office men did was morally and politically evil.

To understand the depths of the evil we must understand the potential financial issues faced by the multinational oil companies in New Orleans.

First the read must know that according to the “ Helicopters centric search and rescue model”(see Nubian New “Louisiana National Guard and US military: what should have Happen) over 140,000 people could have been evacuated from the city the first day of Katrina and 250,000 more people could have been rescued every day until the region was safe.

According to the Wall Street Journal the necessary US Military force was deployed in the New Orleans area on ready alert a week before Katrina.

Critical missing from the post-Katrina Republican-control Congressional debate on the preparation and slow response is the fact that the US military had a locked and loaded stand-by fleet of 2,500 US military helicopters ready to deploy a week to get ready.

President Bush refused to allow the Louisiana National Guard to integrate this life saving federal helicopter force into the initial rescue effort.

During a four-day period 480,000 stranded citizens could have been rescued.

The President refused to help rescue the people of New Orleans until he until he got control of military forces in New Orleans.

This political refusal cost tens of thousands of needless mostly Black Americans lives.

The young American bodies still being pulled from the fetid floodwaters of New Orleans speak to the depth of the ruthlessness of the oil companies and the Oval Office failure to protect the citizens of New Orleans.

The Bush Whitehouse crisis management team knowingly abandoned the President’s responsibility to protect and serve the American people in the critical first hours and days of Hurricane Katrina attack on Gulf cities. That abandonment was an act of not just racism; it’s been high treason.

For denial and abandonment of critical services and the loss of Americans lives due to criminal abuse of helpless children the President should be removed from office.

For this willful and consciously act of high treason against to people of American, President Bush must be removed from office and charged alone with the Vice President, and Secretaries of Defense, State, Homeland Security for mass murder.

The President’s refusal to help save the Black people of New Orleans is not just a question of genocide of African Americans but evil.

What is the psychiatric dynamic of evil and how can we educated our children recognize the behavior and protect themselves. The first thing is not to be in denial of evil’s spiritual existence and destructive consequences.

“There really are people and institutions made up of people, who respond with hatred in the presence of goodness and would destroy the good in so far as it is in their power to do so. They do this not with conscious malice but blindly, lack awareness of their own evil… indeed, seeking to avoid any such awareness. As has been described of the devil in religious literature, they hate the light and instinctively will do anything to extinguish it. They destroy the light in their own children and in all other beings subject to their power.
Evil people hate the light because it reveals themselves to themselves. They hate goodness because it reveals their badness; they hate love because it reveals their laziness. They will destroy the light, the goodness, and the love in order to avoid the pain of such self-awareness.

My second conclusion, then is that evil is laziness carried to its ultimate, extraordinary extreme.

As I have defined it, love is the antithesis of laziness. Ordinary laziness is a passive failure to love. Some ordinarily people may not lift a finger to extend themselves unless they are compelled to do so. Their being is manifestation of nonlove; still, they are not evil.

Truly evil people, on the other hand, actively rather than passively avoid extending themselves. They will take any action in their power to protect their own laziness, to preserve the integrity of their sick self. Rather than nurturing others in the cause.

If necessary, they will even kill to escape the pain of their own spiritual growth. As the integrity of their sick self is threatened by the spiritual health of hoses around them, they will seek by all manner of means to crush and demolish the spiritual health that may exist near them.

I define evil, then, as to exercise of political power… that is, the imposition of one’s will upon others by overt or covert coercion… in order to avoid extending one’s self for the purpose of nurturing spiritual growth.

Ordinary laziness is nonlove; evil is antilove.”

Multinationals and power frame New Orleans response
A potential trillion dollar personal claim against the New York based oil multinationals was a real concern given the high profile nature of Katrina media coverage. A simple class action legal suit against the major oil companies in New Orleans would be worth tens of billions of dollar legal fees to local Louisiana law firms. Any of the 300,000 people walking and drink the toxic water of New Orleans.

Since the storm Katrina missed the city of New Orleans, coming ashore 100 north by east, the only real story in New Orleans was the oil/chemical spills leaking into the city drinking water. The aggressive initial reporting by the major networks of the massive oil and chemical spills left little room for the type of cover up the oil companies would need to contain their legal exposure. Hundred of million of North American TV viewers were being inundated with major pools of oil and chemical toxic films in the flood waters of New Orleans. Hundred of thousands of people were forced to walk in and drink to fight dehydration

The Oil companies’ own public studies and the FEMA fake Hurricane updated Report 2005 suggested that a direct hit by a Katrina like storm on their 3,000 antiquated refineries infrastructure in the Gulf would cost tens of billions of dollars. Katrina would put the 20-year-old infrastructure would put the New York based oil and chemical companies at serious financial risk. Katrina blasted and battered the multinational infrastructure with 200 mph winds and 35 feet sea surge for more than 24 hours. The problems for the multinationals were not just the 40,000 dead, but also the 300,000 that were left behind.

Katrina missed the city of New Orleans but not the chemical plants oil refineries. Hundreds of spills were in process and million of gallons of oil and chemical were in plain views for the world to remember in courtrooms. With between 300,000 to 500,000 people walking around in toxic water in New Orleans and ten of thousands in other towns and cities in the region the legal exposure to the multinationals was increasing every day the people remained in the toxic water on TV.

At one million dollar per victims legal claims could easy passed a trillion dollars.

The writer suggests that the risk was between 1-2 trillion dollars. Unlike the tobacco claims, the America public could see the toxic oil chemical spills with their own eyes. Making the connection between the oil/chemical spills and the victims in court would be very easy for a first year law school student.

Two of the most power lobbies in the world, oil and chemical before to Black American in New Orleans trillion of dollars.

ExxonMobil declared 25 billion of profits for 2004, they predicted and 2005 profits would be even better. The pressure from Rockefeller center was stronger on the Bush Administration than the pressures to attack Iraq.

The US Department of Environmental Protect was preposition in the region, but lack the political power, without the US to take control of the situation and contain the legal evidence trail.

There was no Colin Powell faction in the Oval Office to sound the alarm about doing the right thing. For reasons outside the scope of this analysis, the oil industrial has lost of its control over the Governor of Louisiana government and feared lost of critical control over the flow of detail information about spills.

The Oval Office and the US military were the only effective way for the Rockefeller center oil industry had to effectively manage this horrific legal and public relations crisis.

Over the years, the US military had demonstrated the strategic value of total information control and management in oil and chemical operations in Colombia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, Afghanistan and Iraqi.

In order to protect the oil and chemical industries interests in New Orleans, the first task of the Oval Office was to take control of the legal grade information on the spills and toxic contamination away from the major networks and the state of Louisiana. The easiest was to do this was to federalize the state National Guard forces and take direct federal control of source, rescue and recovery.

The massive federal and US military management information system would them control all mission critical informational flow. The Information coming out of New Orleans would be controlled like Iraq. As the mission move from rescue to recovery, the Department of Environmental Protection and the US military would be in total control.

According to the Washington Post, September 6,2005:The Bush Administration tried to Blackmail Louisiana Governor into handing New Orleans over to the feds. A lot of people are wondering why troops arrived so late, why supplies were delayed, why rescuers were blocked, and why FEMA actively sabotaged the rescue effort. The answer is that the Bush Administration essentially delivered an ultimatum to Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco: before they released the emergency supplies, they wanted her to sign the city of New Orleans over to the Federal government.

Why would President Bush put he place in American Presidential history at such risk, given the nightmares in Cuba, Iraq and Africa? When New York based oil lobby calls, the Oval goes in over drive.

Oval Office orchestrated Confusion
Contrary to official media misinformation and lies there was no confusion between in New York –based oil lobby, the Oval Office, NSC or the Joint Chiefs of staff about the strategic importance of taking control of the Louisiana State National Guard as a precondition for controlling the storm recovery and awarding of politically based post-Katrina reconstruction contracts.

Access to the powerful US military satellite communication network was a critical key to taking control of the Louisiana State National Guard and New Orleans relief efforts. Critical elements of the Louisiana National Guard ground uplink infrastructure (staff and phones) were being used in Iraq seriously restricting the states ability to deploy and coordinate seriously reduced its forces. Lack the use of the military space-based communication platform, National Guard mobility and effectiveness was seriously degraded

Denial of access to the US military communication grid was a critical aspect of the Bush endgame plan to use pro Bush elements within the Louisiana National Guard command to pressure the Governor of Louisiana into submission.

Critical need for Helicopters
The negative impact of the Oval Office refusal to help the state of Louisiana and city of New Orleans begins to come into clearer view when view via the: Helicopters centric search rescue model.

Using a raw simulation model analysis for an evacuation of the New Orleans region using helicopter-based evacuation model as the primary mode of transportation in the first 24 hours after Katrina 140,000 flood victims could have been rescued right after the storm passed. The model clearly shows the immediate potential of the US military helicopter. The model also make very clear the cost in terms of human life in each day in the failure of President Bush to order the deployment of NORTHCOM forces into the New Orleans region. According to the Helicopter Centric Search and Rescue Model (HCS&R model) in the first hours after the storm moved away 7,700 survivors could have been evacuated. By 4:00 PM or five hours after the storm, 20,500 evucautees could have been transported to the New Orleans International Airport or other locations outside of the city. By Sunset over 50,500 survivors could have been evacuated outside the city.

Deploying night operations teams on the first day, 80,000 evucautees could have been moved out of the flooded areas of the city by 10:00 PM. Over 140,000 survivors could have been removed from the city New Orleans and other cities within the region by before the 17th Street levee ruptured inundating 80 percent of the city.

The Oval Office refused for four critical days to deploy the federal forces into the crisis for four days.

The Oval Office playing hardball in the face of Katrina as the storm approaches the Northern Gulf and New Orleans.

The Governor Office apparently throw the political dice betting that the killer storm would turn north at the last minute before striking New Orleans because of the strong easterly Northern Gulf current and the cooler water protecting the approach to the New Olean basin. When Katrina in fact turned north and missed a direct hit on New Orleans, the Oval Office immediately move to Plan B, which was a total stand down and reused of federal assistance.

However, the Governor also knew that billions of dollars of federal Katrina reconstruction contracts had already been signed in Washington as Katrina cross the Gulf of Mexico. President Bush needed total control of the contract awarding process to make good on his political contracts already awarded and signed in Washington before Katrina came ashore in the Northern Gulf.

Because the Governor of Louisiana strongly resisted the Bush secrete takeover plan, the state National Guard was forced to battle Katrina and city wide flooding by itself with most of its critical all weather satellite communication equipment in Iraq. President Bush staff knew the serious communication limitations of the Louisiana National Guard, because they ordered that the Louisiana National Guard equipment be left in southern Iraq.
Critical Time lost cost thousands of lives
The President tried, but failed to blackmail the Governor of Louisiana to submit to his political will and request to surrender all military control of the Louisiana National Guard before the storm came ashore. The fail Oval Office federalization coup d’ estat of Louisiana’s National Guard wasted critical storm preparation time and thousands of lives.

This Louisiana/Oval Office political struggle around federalization, not confusion between federal, state and local forces integration was the primary reasons for the slow deployment and poor coordination of federal forces over the first four days.

According to the Wall Street Journal, NORTHCOM and Space Command units were on the ground and in position for a week ahead of the storm.

Satellite communication uplink infrastructure deployed before storm, was ordered by President not to be turned on.

Thousands of Americans, mostly Black children have unnecessarily lost their lives. A million other were made homeless, and hundreds of thousand of flood victims now face certain destitution.

At its core, what makes the flooding of the city of New Orleans and the death of ten thousands of helpless people evil beyond the act itself is the extraordinary on going attempts by the Bush Oval Office to hide the facts and the billions of dollars President Bush, the Oval Office and oil companies are spending to cover up what they should take moral and legal responsibility for.

For President Bush to resign and offer to face criminal charges for his behavior, taking direct personal responsibility for the mass murder in New Orleans would start the national healing process for America’s youth most effected by New Orleans.

This is not going to happen without a political grass roots movement.

The political assassination and murder of anyone who tries to reveal the truth of New Orleans is institutionalizing the evil. Over a hundred million children are thinking some how what happened in New Orleans is their fault and that an imaginary flood and other forces are coming to kill them.

In order for Black children to starting healing from the emotional trauma of watching other Black children left behind to die in New Orleans, the African American community needs to explain to their children that there are evil people out to murder them whenever the political opportunity presents itself.

In the case of New Orleans, the President appears to have put the interest of powerful oil and chemical companies ahead of these of Black children. This is evil. Now he is trying to lied and hide the facts of his betrayal.

New Orleans must be understood and explained to our children in the same context as pedophilia should be explained to a child in the Catholic Church by a caring parent.

African Americans must act on the emerging reality that increasing numbers of Black leadership are joining the ranks of evil people.

The question that must be asked of all black politicians what have you done to ensure a federal refusal will never again happen.

Black children need to understand that there are evil Black leaders in America also. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the other Blacks and Latinos that were in the Oval Office when Cheney and Rumsfeld gave the final word to do New Orleans, and followed the orders are equally evil.

These Black leaders were not just spooks who sat by the doors; they were active participants who voted yes by their action (or lack of) to mass murder. Ms. Rice was watching a Broadway play and shopping for shoes in New York City, while Black fathers, mothers and children were dying in attics waiting for federal helicopters that she knew was never coming.

This is evil. African Americans must not fear calling a Spade a Spade.

Psychologists who have studied traumatic after-effects of the 9/11 attacks as well as last year’s tsunami said many hurricane survivors will face months, perhaps years of emotional distress. Their trauma will be worsened because many spent days, not just hours, fearing for their lives. For Black and Latino children New Orleans will join other acts of genocide by white people.

The most common emotional after effects to the mass murder and horrors in New Orleans have been guilt, fear powerlessness, shame, betrayal, anger and massive denial. Guilt for not leaving in time is often the first and deepest response. Anger is starting to surface, now that the first real truth light is breaking the official darkness. Of particular concern are the young children of both New Orleans and the million of young TV viewers because as children often have no sense of a right to be free from this kind of political violence.

Many children are being further spiritually abused, traumatized and brainwashed by the misinformation that God is punishing them for the sins of the sex industry in the French Quarters in New Orleans.

A key part of trauma recovery is understanding and confronting the agents of the trauma. In the case of New Orleans the oil industry has had a plan in place for years to leave behind tens of thousands of Americans under 30 feet of flood waters.

Witnessing New Orleans on TV has traumatized over a 100 million youth. African and Afro-Latino Americans have been singled out; the mass murder of over thousands mostly of Black Americans in New Orleans is only one part of the master plan.

Every major North America urban center has Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) mass murder plans just like the plan used to entomb thousands of African Americans in New Orleans.

We, as Black people must understand the evil master plan, the evil people behind it and how to counterattack it. New Orleans was the last warning of what the potential is for mass murder. Next time, the numbers will speak for themselves.

Explain what our children saw on TV about New Orleans

We, as Black people must see New Orleans are see part of a system and institutionalized plan to mass murder a group of people for no another reason but than their race, and to a lesser degree their social class.

The master plan for New Orleans and every other major and secondary city in North American is euro centric and is designed to maximize the opportunities for whites to succeed and blacks to fail.

Mothers and fathers across the northern Gulf region were forced to make thousands of life and death choices while President Bush and the oil lobby tried to take control of Louisiana State military forces from another mother, Governor Kathleen Babeueaux Blanco.

The price of the Bush federalization failed coup detat was one million refugeed Americans, mostly children.

The Mayor of New Orleans estimated as many as ten thousand children lost their lives. The writer projects the children death toll at over 18,000.

Children of America must come to understand that what happened in New Orleans was an evil act, committed by evil leaders and people who should be going to jail.

Dr. Peck gives us a formal psychiatric construct to analyze the behavior, but not the feelings that go alone with the insight.

The Black Sudanese and other Africans are being beaten, raped, murdered and enslaved by the Janjaweed and other oilmen spooks working for multinational oil companies every day.

The growing degree of death and homelessness taking place in New Orleans refugee camps is on the scale only comprehensible in terms of places like Darfur, Sudan. New Orleans also provides a clear understanding to anyone with a TV, the real excise of political power, that is, the imposition of his will upon helpless people by covert coercion...

The pattern of abuse in New Orleans is continuance with the oil multinational horrors across Africa and South America. Many of the oil company’s spooks in and outside of government are now working both crises at the same time. Paul Wolfowitz one of the chief architects of the federalization for states like the Louisiana National Guard is now supervising the Sudanese death march.

Black Sudanese forced death march to South Sudan

About four times the homeless population of New Orleans or 4 million displaced Sudanese are being unwilling forced to return to their destroyed home and villages in southern Sudan during the high wet season with no food, money or seeds for the fall planting.

Over two million Southern Sudanese are living in UN death camps and other countries. Sounds like New Orleans. Two million alone are being forced to migrate from the capital over 600 miles back to southern Sudan.

While the world media and much of the Black community in north America was transfixed on the horrors of New Orleans and Katrina, President Bush and the oil lobby has forced a death march of millions of poor starving black Sudanese over 700 miles to southern Sudan that ensures the death of thousands.

A US, Japan and European Union pledges of 4.5 billion-dollar World Bank managed development program funding for the southern Sudan economy drives the death march south.

According to an UNICEF Baseline report published in June 2004, 21.5 percent of Sudanese children under the age of five are suffering from global acute malnutrition – the highest in the world. Does this sound like the four days at the Superdome and Convention Center in Orleans?

Of the 500 million dollars that has been requested for recovery and development assistance in southern Sudan in 2005, only 25 million dollars has been received and a further 25 million dollars has been promised according to the UN humanitarian coordinator in Sudan. That’s about 10 dollars per person planning to return to the war torn South Sudan.

No major western media outlet is questioning why the Bush administration is pushing the southern migration during the high rainy season. There is a media blackout of the Nile alligator attacks in Sudan, just as in New Orleans. Thousands of Black Sudanese are dying every day on the death march to southern Sudan, but nothing is being reported in the western press.

The extraordinary on going attempts means the Bush Oval Office is making to destroy the spiritual well of Black People both in the Sudanese death and the aftermath of the flooding of New Orleans speaks volume to the Peck paradgrim of evil.
